ARMS SIZES

Step 1: Measure Arm Circumference

Measure the circumference of the arm around either the upper forearm or the middle bicep at least two inches above (proximal to) the cast or bandage.

Do not measure around the cast, but around the bare arm.

Step 3: Choose a Product Type

XeroSox are designed to seal either above or below the elbow. If there isn't at least two inches of bare skin below the elbow, we recommend using the full length XeroSox which seals around the bicep.

Step 2: Measure Length

Measure from the tip of the middle finger to where the circumference was measured (in step 1).
